Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee and the Sidamo region is known for producing some of the best coffees in the world. Ethiopian coffees are rated on a scale of 1-5 with 1 being the highest grade. The complex nature and syrupy body of this variety makes it unique. The natural processing highlights the plum and berry notes, particularly blueberry. This coffee is a limited offering.
