Grown high in the vertisol soils of Konga by Takele Mammo Denbi, this organic natural lot bursts with ripe fruit and floral intensity. Dried whole on raised beds, the cherries develop deep sweetness and layered complexity.

Wild blueberry and strawberry jam lead the cup, followed by jasmine aromatics and a honeyed, syrupy finish.
